Bring us work that makes the profession better.
IMPETUS welcomes thoughtful pitches from coaches, researchers, leaders, technologists, authors, and practitioners.
What we want
Original, useful thinking about coaching practice, behavior change, human momentum, resilience and recovery, leadership, measurement, AI, ethics, and the systems surrounding performance.
What we avoid
Generic motivation, disguised product promotion, unsupported certainty, clinical claims outside appropriate evidence and scope, and articles that tell readers what to think without showing them how to reason.
Suggested formats
800–1,500 word essays, field notes, case analyses, interviews, research interpretation, practical frameworks, and concise opinion pieces with a clear professional argument.
How to pitch
Send a proposed title, 2–4 sentence premise, brief author bio, and why the piece matters to professional coaches or leaders.
